Our Wines
Pinot Noir
White Vinified Pinot Noir
In our vineyards, Pinot Noir is cultivated for white vinification, used both as a base for sparkling wine and as a still wine. The grapes are processed exclusively through gentle pressing, with no skin contact, preserving freshness, precision, and balance, and resulting in a clean and elegant profile.
Pinot Noir Rosé
Our Pinot Noir rosé is also produced through white vinification. Its pale color is achieved solely by applying a slightly firmer pressing compared to the white version, without any maceration or skin contact at any stage. This method results in a refined and delicate rosé, defined by harmony and finesse.
Riesling Italiano
White Vinified Riesling Italiano
Our Riesling Italiano is vinified exclusively in white, with the aim of expressing freshness, aromatic precision, and varietal identity. The grapes undergo gentle pressing and minimal intervention, preserving purity, balance, and natural vibrancy. The result is a clean and elegant wine that faithfully reflects both the character of the grape variety and its terroir.
White Cuvée
Pinot Noir & Riesling Italiano
Our cuvée is crafted through white vinification of Pinot Noir (80%) and Riesling Italiano (20%), carefully selected for balance, freshness, and long aging potential. The grapes are processed exclusively through gentle pressing, with no skin contact, resulting in a pure, precise, and refined base wine.
Designed for extended aging, the cuvée matures for a minimum of five years, developing complexity, depth, and a harmonious structure over time. This long evolution shapes an elegant and persistent profile, where finesse, tension, and expressive consistency come together in a style inspired by the great sparkling wine traditions.

.LacramadelDuca is a viticultural project born from the combination of technical knowledge, agricultural experience, and a long-term vision. We operate with a lean and direct structure, personally overseeing every stage of the process, from vineyard management to the definition of our wines.
Our work focuses on selected grape varieties, handled with method and precision, with particular attention to white vinification and extended aging periods. Every decision is aimed at creating wines that are consistent, stable, and capable of evolving over time.
